Xi Clothing

I was a usual shopper at this particular location but now I will never shop here again. One day I saw a dress in the window on a mannequin, I looked for the dress inside the store. Nothing in my size was available inside so I thought I'd ask a sales associate about the mannequin's dress. Since I wear a small, I assumed all the dressed on the mannequin's are a small. The sales associate had told me she couldn't give me the dress in the window. I was shocked! I began to ask why, and she stated that her manager is the only person who removes dresses from the mannequin. As confused as I was, the sales associate began to explain that her manager would be 'pissed' if they removed any clothes from the mannequin. I then asked to speak to someone is charge, above her title. She grabbed a lady who then told me the same thing, that only the manager is able to remove the outfits from the mannequins. She then started telling me that the mannequins are too heavy and it will take forever. I rolled my eyes and walked out of the store. If I owned a clothing company I would never turn away a customer in my shoes. I felt like I was being turned away for something so ridiculous. Customer service lacks in all areas. I was glad to spend my money elsewhere.

The clothing is affordable and trendy. I am a regular shopper and will continue to shop here. The sales associates are friendly most of the time but there are a few times in which they can be a bit busy and sometimes the high volume of costumers provides a hectic environment for them and makes them act a bit rude. The reason they do not have 5 stars is because they make it almost impossible to exchange items. There are no cash refunds and only exchanges, and almost everything is final sale and if you purchase an item they try to find a way to make it impossible to exchange. Therefore, i strongly recommend to try on whatever it is you will like to purchase and make sure you absolutely love it so that you won't have to exchange it! I will continue to shop here because is convenient and very trendy but my rating will not change until the return policy changes.

I was making a return and the woman asked me a million questions about why I wanted to return, if a shirt had makeup on it when I purchased it, if I wore anything, if the stitching was like that when I purchased it... confused as to how I’d even be able to change the stitching...there was also an extremely long line of children who were exchanging coins for quarters. Customer service just not good all around.

I got there at 8:45 I still had 15 minutes to shop there were still people in the store shopping and they wouldn’t let me in. I’m a mother of two with a sick 1 year old but I have a wedding I have to go too this was the only time I could go and only reason I went so late and they completely let me down. I will never go to this store again. I went to WAVE which is down the hall they were still OPEN SINCE THE MALL CLOSES AT 9 and they WERENT SCREAMING AT ME TO HURRY EITHER THEY WERE SO FRIENDLY. THANK YOU WAVE YOU WILL FOR EVER HAVE MY BUSINESS!!!!!
